The EdRemote is a remote control designed to work specifically with the Edison V3 robot.
EdRemote has specialised features to minimise interference between remote signals, meaning more students being able to use their remotes at the same time with minimal interference.
This remote control offers a dynamic way to interact with Edison V3 robots, opening new possibilities for creative exploration and experimentation. With EdRemote, students can take their robotics projects to new heights, fostering a deeper understanding of programming and robotics.

Getting started with EdRemote
EdRemote has 32 different channels. This means that you can use many EdRemote-Edison pairs at the same time in the classroom without them getting mixed up.
For best results, you need to set each EdRemote to a different channel. This makes sure your remote only controls your robot instead of someone else’s Edison!
EdRemote activity – Mission to Mars
A perfect introductory activity for students to get familiar with the EdRemote.
The year is 2035. NASA has picked your students to test-drive the new Mars rover: Edison! Students will need to guide their rover safely across Mars using EdRemote. Avoid hazards, collect rock samples, and return to base while recording everything like a real space engineer!
